Job Description
- Strategic IT Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the IT department, aligning IT projects and operations.
- Cybersecurity: Oversee the cybersecurity strategy, coordinating resources to proactively manage, monitor and respond to threats and emerging risks.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity around ICT projects, changes, and potential risks.
- Contractor Management: Oversee all contractors and third-party supplier agreements ensuring efficient, effective and timely service delivery
- Leadership: Enhance growth and development of individuals through on the job training, experience, and mentoring/coaching opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a demonstrated record of leading IT teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture, system administration, and the operation of business applications.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Experience in developing and executing disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Experience in budget development and oversight
