Job Description
- Troubleshoot process issues using methods such as ‘Root Cause Analysis’.
- Investigate and implement process improvement projects
- Implement corrective actions
- Review manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities
- Develop, review, and monitor operating procedures
- Provide technical support and coaching to operations personnel
The Successful Applicant
- Ideally Engineering qualification (Material, Process, Mechanical or Mechatronics)
- Experience in process improvement within manufacturing environment
- Control systems experience beneficial (PLC, SCADA etc.)
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ideally an understanding around lean manufacturing principles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
