Job Description
- Conduct operational risk assessments and identify potential technology-related risks.
- Implement and manage Technology Risk Profile, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Develop and enforce an Assurance Framework, including control testing and reporting.
- Collaborate with Audit functions for technology risk and control assessments.
- Provide proactive technology control advice and develop risk and compliance management training for business units.
- Mentor junior advisors and analysts, contributing to risk culture and cybersecurity maturity.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks, including the three lines of defence model.
- Experience with operational risk standards, technology risk profiling, and compliance management in large organisations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and influence positive change within the business.
- Relevant postgraduate degree or qualifications in risk and compliance (desirable).
