Technical Writer | Telco Software | Australia | Fully Remote

ATP are working alongside a well-established global business who continue to grow worldwide and are looking for an additional Technical Writer to join the team on a remote basis. This is a newly created position and is a result of the business going through a major growth stage. The role of the Technical Writer will work closely with the Australian entity and help support the technical security function of the business. Reporting into the Senior Technical Writer based in New York, this role will involve a certain level of autonomy whilst collaborating with the wider APAC business on occasion.

• Write documents and create templates that support the operations of the information security management systems
• Plan, develop, author and deliver new and exist content for operational processes and procedures
• Work closely with the internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the software and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with an experienced team and to be pro-active in finding solutions
